Snow: Groomed - packed powder/some firm, great for carving. Off-piste - very cut up, old powder, crusty/firm in spots, feathers in others
Best thing: Meeting and riding the chair with an awesome 80 year old man, whom lives fairly close to me. He's a cancer survivor, Navy vet, USC grad. He said I'll get a free season pass at 49* North when I'm 80. That gives me some long term goals to set!
